HemoShear was founded in January 2008 and launched commercial operations in 2009. We think differently about the science of drug discovery and development. We create human-relevant systems that accurately replicate the biology of organ systems and diseases. Working in strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, we generate human-relevant data to increase confidence in decision-making and reduce risk of costly failures. Our efforts will lead to new medicines and improve human health. HemoShear is growing rapidly. We have 25 employees and are partnering with approximately ten major pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.
